Registration rates
All payments made to IVEC 2023 must be in Brazilian Reais (R$). Payments can be made via Paypal (Credit Card) or Wire Transfer.

* Food (coffee break and lunch) and participation in the gala dinner are included with the individual registration fee (onsite)
** Students will need to provide proof of their enrollment in a Higher Ed institution through the form https://forms.gle/huS8sXHZNW4PSM5H6 . Individuals who have already completed their undergraduate, graduate or PhD programs are not eligible for this reduced rate.
Cancellations made in writing to info@iveconference.org before 1 October 2023 will receive a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations received after 1 October and before 18 October will not be refunded, but the paid registration can be transferred to a colleague and/or used for virtual attendance. Registration fees for cancellations made after 18 October will be forfeited.
